Crookers – Count Down to “Tons of Friends”

I’ve been eagerly awaiting Crookers new album “Tons of Friends” set to drop March 8th. I’ve been impressed with the few tracks I’ve heard, and they’ve been getting a lot of attention and remixed quite a bit, including “No Security” and “We Love Animals”.

Real hype on “Embrace the Martian” featuring Kid Cudi. Chill track, seems like everything Cudi gets on crushes and every electro/house/dance remix blows up.”No Security” featuring Kelis is a banger and all the videos I’ve seen of them playing it live are wild.

The guys having been keeping everyone involved with the progression of the album and have done a solid job at building up anticipation. This video follows them to New York as they finalize a couple tracks in the studio before they set off Webster Hall. (Great place to see a show, MSTRKRFT on New Years Eve was nuts).
