Chromeo- Business Casual

The electronic funk duo Chromeo announced that they will release their third studio album on August 17th. Business Casual will follow up their 2007 release Fancy Footwork. The guys announced on their blog back in March that they’ve been busy in the studio working album cuts, and although the tracklist has been released (below), they are still finalizing the order. There’s a lot of hype around this and anticipation is high. Check for Chromeo at a few festivals this summer and keep an eye out for a couple of tracks being released soon. The video below shows the guys in their makeshift studio in Brooklyn, a different look from their typical Montreal-based studio in P’s basement. Dave gives some interesting insight into the new record and the process they’ve been through.
